Допомога 301 Redirect із http на https

Доброго вечора.

Є сайт https://julia.ck.ua/ з Джумла 3

Я добавив до файлу .htaccess

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} www\.
RewriteRule .*$ https://domen.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Але не спрацювує redirect 301 з http на https. Що потрібно змінити? Буду дуже вдячний.

Наразі файл виглядає так:

Може замість domen.com треба прописати свій домен?
До того ж, Joomla це CMS, у ній же має прописуватися чи сайт на http чи на https, як у WP наприклад?
